One of our good friends in the Joomla world is Daniel Chapman who develops Joomla extensions at NinjaForge.com.
He's also written a new book. There are lots and lots of beginner guides to Joomla, but very few that are aimed at more advanced students. Daniel has written the first book that answers the question: "I know the Joomla basics ... now what?"
A new city and a new state!
We're happy to announce that Joomla Training has arrived in Denver, Colorado.
Its my pleasure to welcome a new teacher to JoomlaTraining.com today: Gabriel Wahhab who will be running class in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Gabe is owner of Connexion Technologies and is also the co-founder of the Milwaukee Joomla Users Group.

Time moves quickly. We did our first Joomla class in June 2008 and little more than a year later we're approaching class number 50.
Our 49th class is in Phoenix this Friday and then the big #50 will be our beginner class in Atlanta next week. To celebrate, Christmas is coming early to our students in that 50th class. We've arranged for a huge bag of Joomla goodies.
If you can't make it to Atlanta, don't worry. At our current rate, we'll reach class #100 around Christmas time and we'll make sure the bonus bag for that class is even bigger and better! Here are the bonuses for our 50th class students:
We're happy to spread Joomla training to a new city and state ... Phoenix, Arizona.
Next week we'll hold our first class in Phoenix. The location is great, down by the river and very close to the Sky Harbor Airport so its easy to get to for anyone flying in.
It's been a great week (and as a consequence, you might have noticed less blogging) ... its was my birthday, my sister's birthday, my wife's birthday ... oh and my sister-in-law had a baby too (Rory, on the right here)
