Subjects Taught

You'll learn how to build a Joomla website, from content and user organization, to working with extensions and templates. This class uses the latest version of Joomla, but questions on all versions are welcome.

Pre-Requisites

There are no pre-requisites for the beginner class. We assume that all students in our beginner classes start with no Joomla experience.

Class Trainer

Jen Kramer Jen Kramer is a senior faculty member at the Marlboro College Graduate Center, teaching courses and workshops in web site design and management, including Joomla. She has also previously taught at Champlain College, the Community College of Vermont, and the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University. Jen is a Lynda.com author for the titles "Joomla! Creating and Editing Custom Templates", "Joomla! Advanced CSS" and more. Her first book, “Joomla! Start to Finish” was published by Wrox Press/Wiley.
