Joomla Training Refund Policy

For our classroom training sessions, our policy is as follows:

• 100% refund if requested more than 4 weeks before the class
• 50% refund if requested more than 2 weeks before the class
• 0% refund in the last 2 weeks before the class

For our webinars, our policy is as follows:

• 100% refund if requested more than 5 days before the webinar
  
• Credit toward a future webinar if requested less than 5 days before the webinar
